I'm back! ... and boy have I missed you all. Thank you for not abandoning me while I was away.
Those who visit Bah! Humbug! will have read occasional updates on the physio etc. but to be honest there wasn't much to tell as progress was really slow.
However, I'm now able to drive, (although I have to remember not to put the handbrake on so hard that I need 2 hands to release it), and it's about time for me to get back to cardmaking. So what better way to return than with a Christmas card for the latest challenge at Humbug Hall ... although I confess to misinterpreting the theme first time round ... *blush* ... but rather than embarrass myself by explaining, you will find the whole sorry story over at Bah! Humbug!
So here's my card.As you see it's a very simple offering in pink and black with a dash of silver mirri card and pretty wee ribbon bow detail. Didn't want to try anything too complicated in case I got in a guddle lol! The stockings and message are peel offs which came free with a magazine and punches were used for the circles which were then pierced with a pokey-tool.
Isn't the texture on this card beautiful? It's from a kit bought from Inspire Me Papers who do the most gorgeous luxury card.
So there you have it. If you'd like to play along with the Humbuggers and meet our fantastic April Guest Designers Kelly and Veronica, then pop over to Humbug Hall and see what they've all been up to this week. I'm off for a coffee and a wee lie down after all this excitement.
